“Our sump pump was failing on a weekend, and our usual go-to companies were not responsive to emergency calls as they advertised.

Called Carter’s on Sunday morning, they set up an appointment right away. Received notification of who would be coming out and a heads-up call when they were on the way.
Brandon arrived at the beginning of the quoted time window, was courteous and listened to each concern as it related to the sump pump. (Even made sure to wear shoe covers in the house, which not all service providers take the extra effort to do.) Brandon provided several options, and replaced the sump pump at a reasonable price (even with the weekend emergency pricing). Thorough, clean and efficient job.

“If you need a plumber call Carters Plumbing. I just had them in my home to repair a leak that was under the house. It was a job that was big to begin with but just kept getting bigger. We had much more than 1 leak. It was a 2 day job. Matt was our plumber. He was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional and, in the end, left the areas he worked on virtually spotless. I mean you would not know that he had just jackhammered cement and dug up pipes. Matt never showed any signs of frustration as I know it was a frustrating job. I was comfortable having him in my home. Which for me is very important. He explained everything he was doing and why and answered every question I had.
