How We Became
Sila Services

Sila Services, LLC was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in King of Prussia, PA. Before partnering with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Sila Services provided Heating, air conditioning, Plumbing, indoor air quality, home automation, and other residential services to single-family homes.

Today, we are a company that forms partnerships with businesses that have a proven track record of success. With great respect for the businesses that have been built and the team’s expertise, we build off each other’s collective strengths to create long-term value together.
